How It Works

This product allows customers to sign-up to subscription services via the web. Traditionally customers have had to text-in using their mobile phones a complex set of keywords, which can often be error-prone and therefore not effective.

With this product sign-up occurs with a web interface. Customers are told on-screen to enter their mobile number, we send them a WAP push link, which they then click to confirm their subscription.

This system has clear advantages over the SMS-only approach:

Customer never leaves your web site
Customer simply needs a mobile phone to hand
Your web site can claim further profile information about the customer
Customer does not need to remain at their PC - network delays are not a problem
API based - you're in control
